MITCHELL PROJECTZ L.L.C. is planning a six-bed assisted living home for seniors. Our vision is a warm, home-like setting where every resident is treated with dignity and known as an individual.
Our planned focus is personal care: help with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, based on each resident’s needs and the services we are approved to provide. Familiar routines, meaningful relationships, privacy, and choice will guide our planning.

We plan to start with six beds in a leased or rented home. Our intended residents are primarily seniors age 65 and older who need personal care. We are exploring Mesa, Gilbert, and Phoenix as potential locations.
The next chapter is about building the right foundation: planning, understanding requirements, identifying a suitable property, and connecting with people who share this vision.
Where we stand: This project is in development. No home is currently advertised as open, licensed, or accepting residents. Locations, capacity, services, and opening dates remain subject to applicable approvals and readiness.

Are you accepting residents now?
No. We are in the planning and development stage. An inquiry is a way to connect, not an application, placement request, or reservation.
Who is the planned home intended for?
Our planned six-bed assisted living home will primarily serve seniors age 65 and older, with a focus on personal care. Final admission requirements and care services will be confirmed before opening and will depend on licensing, staffing, and each person’s assessed needs.
